Isa Al-Qetami

Mr. Al-Qetami, Chief Government and Security Affairs Officer at Khalifa Bin Salman Port (KBSP), oversees Government Relations and Security operations at one of the region’s most strategic ports, managed by APM Terminals Bahrain. With an extensive 34-year career in the government sector, he has built strong relationships with various government authorities and private sector entities, which he now leverages to align the company with Bahrain’s National Strategy and Vision.

Mr. Al-Qetami’s expertise spans logistics, aviation maintenance, and government relations, honed during his distinguished service as a Colonel in the Bahrain Defense Force. In this capacity, he held several key positions and made significant contributions to national security and defense.

Since joining APM Terminals Bahrain in 2015, Mr. Al-Qetami has been a vital member of the company’s strategic leadership team. He has been instrumental in driving stakeholder management, coordinating with government authorities to ensure the seamless operation of the port, supporting key departments, and maintaining the highest standards of port security.
