Customer Advisory No. 667: Earthquake

Following the earthquake that occurred this morning in Colombia, APM Terminals Buenaventura immediately activated its emergency response and business continuity protocols.

As a precautionary measure, the corresponding evacuations were carried out, and our teams are currently conducting safety inspections of infrastructure and operational equipment.

The safety of people remains our highest priority. At the same time, we are working to progressively restore activities under safe conditions and minimise any impact on the continuity of our operations and services.

We continue to monitor the situation and will keep our customers and other stakeholders informed of any relevant developments.
