Notice No. 670 – Update on the Gradual Reactivation of Operations

Following the communications issued regarding the incident that occurred on August 10, 2026, we would like to inform the port community that we continue to make gradual progress in the reactivation of our operations, following the completion of security validations on the terminal’s infrastructure and equipment.

As part of this progress, the following operational conditions are updated:

  • Import container pickup: Additional service modules have been enabled for the handling and pickup of import containers, progressively increasing the availability of appointment slots. The remaining modules are currently being prepared prior to being brought into operation.

  • Warehouse operations: Coffee, sugar, and breakbulk cargo operations remain available.

  • Appointments for empty container returns and full export container deliveries: At this time, appointment slots for these operations will not be made available.

The restoration of operations will continue to be carried out gradually and under safe operating conditions. We will assess the progress of the recovery plan on a daily basis and communicate any new measures and services as they become available.

We thank our customers, users, and the entire port community for their understanding and cooperation throughout this process. For questions or operational support, our Customer Service channels remain available:
