Whistleblower System

The Maersk Whistleblower system is a confidential channel for all companies in the Maersk Group, including APM Terminals. It allows you to raise concerns about possible violations of laws or Group Rules in the following areas:

Money laundering
Corruption
Foreign trade controls
Retaliation
Insider trading
Competition law
IT security
Data privacy
Threats to health, safety and environment
Sexual harassment or discrimination

The system called EthicsPoint is hosted on NAVEX Global's secure servers and is not a part of Maersk's website or intranet. Any report you make will be kept confidential to the fullest extent possible in conducting a thorough investigation. Persons will be notified of and/or involved in an investigation in a "need to know" basis.

The system is only for reporting possible violations of laws or regulations, or issues that may expose the Group to serious legal risks. The system is not for questions regarding applications for employment, commercial inquires or disputes, ordinary HR complaints (e.g. salary, performance, vacation) or general questions. Code of Conduct

As part of the Maersk Group of Companies, we adhere to the Maersk Code of Conduct.
