Customer satisfaction: Your feedback matters – every day of the year
At APM Terminals Aarhus and Kalundborg, customer satisfaction is more than a metric – it is a shared commitment. Thank you to the many customers and partners who take the time to share their views through our surveys. Your input helps shape improvements that make operations smoother and directly support your business growth.
We send out customer satisfaction surveys two times a year to respectively our landside customers and to shipping lines. These surveys provide valuable insight into how we are performing, and not least where we can continue to strengthen our services to help your business thrive.
Every response we receive is reviewed with genuine curiosity and attention. No comment goes unread and we follow up personally to better understand your perspective, ensure clarity, and learn how we can further support your needs.
