Incident and claim notifications can be provided in writing in either Dutch or English to mvii.claims@apmterminals.com.
All incidents and claims are handled in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the Rotterdam Terminal Operators’ Association (VRTO), which are applicable to all legal relationships of APM Terminals Maasvlakte II B.V.
