APM Terminals Maasvlakte II supports charities

Supporting the Food bank 

Especially in current conditions, there are more and more people living in poverty in our country. APM Terminals Maasvlakte II has donated chocolate letters, screens, laptops and a printer to the Food bank in Hellevoetsluis and Spijkenisse. The Food bank helps people who are struggling financially by providing them with temporary free food and other stuff. It is nice that the Food bank can give this to many families who are having a difficult time.

The chocolate letters were ordered from the RopaRun Foundation, so that we can also support this charity this way. The RopaRun Foundation supports palliative care for people with cancer.

Donation to Stichting Jarige Job 

Every child deserves a birthday. And that is why APM Terminals Maasvlakte II donated gift cards from a toy store and presents to Stichting Jarige Job.
 
In the Netherlands there are tens of thousands of children who cannot celebrate their birthday because their families cannot afford it. Stichting Jarige Job helps by giving a birthday box to these children. The birthday box contains everything needed for a great birthday celebration, at home and at school.
