Request Vehicle Loading/Discharge

As of July 1st, 2016 APM Terminals Maasvlakte II decided allow the transportation of vehicles on and off barges and to offer this as a service to barge operators against a fee of € 75,-. To secure a safe operation APM Terminals Maasvlakte II will have a terminal operator available to guide this process.

The transport of vehicles on / off barges will be performed under the following conditions:

Pre-notification / formal request to handle vehicle via website minimal 24 hours before vessel visit;
A terminal assistant or security employee is to be available and will guide process (his or her instructions have to be followed);
€ 75,- needs to be paid upon arrival by debet card;
Safety and continuity of operational activities at all times have priority over loading and discharging vehicles from barges. APMTMVII has the right to refuse to allow a barge captain to transport his / her vehicle to / from a barge.
