Procedures

The terminal gate has 10 exit/entrance lanes, two of which are reversible for maximum efficiency and two are suitable for oversized cargo. Gates are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Truck appointment system

Drivers can only enter the terminal with an appointment. We have the capacity for 100 appointments per hour. Appointments can be made 24/7 using our online appointment system Termpoint

Once the appointment is made, the truck can arrive at the gate, and the driver can remove the twistlocks. For reefer containers, the power supply cable can be disconnected from the genset to the container.

Container weighing (VGM)

Please request container weighing by contacting Customer Service or book this through our TERMView    platform.

Container entry after Cut-Off time

The shipping line must send a document with the Late Arrival Reefer Containers (LARs) in this document must mention the container number, the reservation number or booking of containers that will be late.

All containers that enter the terminal late must enter with their respective DUA (Unique Customs Declaration), in case they do not have DUA, the container will not be loaded onto the ship.

Empty containers

To return empty containers make an Equipment Delivery Order (EDO) or to collect empty containers make an Equipment Receive Order (ERO) appointment in Termpoint  .

Both types of appointments can also be requested through our Customer Service team at an additional cost.
