Gate Status and Truck Turn Times pages on our terminal websites provide up-to-the-minute information regarding the traffic situation at our terminals to help plan your visit. Dispatchers and truck drivers can use the information on these pages to avoid busy moments at the terminal and better plan container pick-ups and drop-offs.

View real-time Truck Turn Times – measured from the time a truck enters the gate to when it leaves the gate – as hourly data for the past 24 hours and as average daily turn times for the last 30 days. The data can be filtered by transaction type — pick-up or drop-off, import or export — and for select terminals, data is also available for dual transactions: when a driver drops-off and picks-up a container at the same time.

For select terminals, live gate camera feeds are also available, which provide a real-time view of the traffic situation day or night.
