TCBUEN clarifies through this statement that the information piece circulated on social media regarding the scheduling of appointments for empty containers was not published by the port terminal.

As stated in our Official Statement No. 583 dated May 7, 2025, we informed the public about the logistics for the return of empty containers, clarifying that the reception of such units has been temporarily limited. This was previously communicated to the shipping lines, and users who need to carry out this type of operation must contact those lines and their respective depots for the return of these units.
