Advisory Regarding Payments process to GTI

We would like to inform you that, moving forward, all transactions to GTI should be made exclusively through the virtual PDA generated for individual entities.

Over the past month, we have observed a significant increase in payments being made to open accounts instead of your designated virtual PDAs. This has resulted in additional work to manually transfer payments and has hindered the system’s ability to automatically detect payments and release containers from billing hold.

To assist you with this transition, we have updated the virtual PDA details in the Customer Service Portal under the “My Profile” section. You can access this information through the link provided below.
